2021 Harvest New England at the Big E

Please fill out this form if you are interested in vending on Friday, October 1, 2021 during Harvest New England Day at the Big E.

Each vendor is responsible for their own set-up on the front lawn of the Vermont Building and obtaining any permits required by the Town of West Springfield, MA to sell their product.

Deadline for application is June 30, 2021. Due to overwhelming interest in this event in the past, a committee will now review all applications. Reviews will occur in early July and confirmations sent in mid-July allowing time for food vendors to obtain the appropriate permits with the Town of West Springfield, MA. (Deadline for permit applications is August 31, 2021.)

Set Up and Breakdown
By checking this box, you understand that you will need to provide your own canopy, tables, chairs, and any other supplies necessary to successfully vend outdoors. We do not recommend anything that requires electricity, including a cash register, as there is no convenient power source. *

By checking this box, you understand that this event will take place rain or shine. You MUST be set up and ready to vend by 10am and can begin to breakdown by 7pm. The area is on a first come first serve basis for set up. *

After unloading you will be required to move your car to the back parking lot. At the end of the night you will have to hand carry your products and supplies to your vehicle in the back parking lot.
